n the coming period, Rijkswaterstaat has planned maintenance work on several sliding cylinders and cardan beams of the Storm Surge Barrier. On April 28, April 30, May 2, and May 6, four sliding cylinders will be reinstalled in the Storm Surge Barrier using a telescopic crane. This may cause minor traffic delays of approximately 30 minutes for visitors to Deltapark Neeltje Jans. The work is expected to take place between 09:30 and 10:00 on these days.
